Changing product view order in AJAX product tab

first i wanted to thank you for your great theme, i like it a lot
I use AJAX product tab which is an elementor element to show my products on my pages.
one thing that i have problem with is that this element shows available and sold out products in a mixed way. there is an option to this element that i can hide sold out products but i don’t want this option. i want my sold out products to be shown at the end of the product tab which i could not find this option. i tried different sorting orders but none of them is useful to me. can you help me?

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
