How to change the size of countdown timer and widget subtitles font
if I use: ADVANCED TYPOGRAPHY > ADD RULE > Assigned the element > custom selector > ….

Please provide some relevant screenshots of the area you are trying to change the Typography of with the URL of the pages to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

1) Please try and use the following Class in the Custom Selector of Advanced Typography Settings.

".widget_price_filter .price_slider_amount .price_label>span"

".woodmart-woocommerce-layered-nav .layer-term-name"

2) For the timer font size try using the following Class.

".wd-product-countdown.wd-timer span"
