From where do I update, remove text and social networking icons

Please edit the page in which you have this popup then edit the Popup on the page and change the information and text as per your requirements. For more clarification please see the screenshot:

And if you want to remove the social share icons then you can turn off the social share from Theme Settings >> Social Profiles >> Share Buttons.
