Changing URL's from subdomain to main domain

Hello,
I have made my woodmart webshop in a subdomain. Now I moved it to the main domain. Then I changed the URLs via the plugin ‘Velvet Blues update URL’ in the following way (see private content)
I checked the following boxes:
URLs in page content
URLs in excerpts
URLs in links
URLs for attachments
URLs in custom field and meta boxes
I did not check this box:
Update all GUIDs
When I finished this the lay-out of some content pages, like the homepage, was not working correctly anymore. After that I replaced the shop with a backup to fix it. What did I do wrong? And what is the best way to change the URLs for the woodmart theme?

We have not tested the plugin and we do not have instructions on how to change the URL properly with the plugin.
Please contact the plugin support or try to transfer your site with All in one WP migrate plugin, it is free for sites up to 512 MB. The site is imported and exported with a couple of clicks and you will not have the change the domains, the plugins do this job.
