Chatbot javascript

Hello,

We want to install the free chatbot tawk.to. To activate it we need to install a javascript. We placed it in the theme settings at JS code. It is working not 100% correctly so something is wrong. The code shows also two red crosses. On desktop the chatbot is working but on mobile not. Because of testing purposes we installed it first on our testing platform. The final url is http://www.ostoya.nl

What we need to change?

And delete also closing tag </script>

I changed it, the code is now looking in this way (see attachment). Chatfunction seems not working.

Try to remove the first and last lines as well. They are incorrect

i’m sorry. it did not work out. There is another option to add this code to the site?

In this case, you need to contact bot developers for help since it is not a problem related to the theme.
