Check out page layout issue

Hi, team
The checkout page layout acts weird.
1. It does not show privacy policy phrase even though we have set privacy page.
2. Product section should be above ‘a payment gateway’ section
3. Product photo shows twice.
Please see ‘the normal checkout page’ we are using it for another website with same theme
