check out text color is white on white

how do i change the text color to black on the checkout, title and check out field names, not the inside field just the title its white on white and i cant see the text

You can change the font by means of the Advanced typography option, which allows you to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.
