My custom checkout plugin works well and was developed by an authorized developer. However, it seems to have some issues when used with your theme. I’m not entirely sure whether the problem is caused by my website or by the theme itself.

I tested the plugin with a basic WordPress theme (please see the attached videos), and everything works perfectly there — all fields stay in place and behave as expected. But when switching to your theme, the checkout fields become buggy and some of them even disappear.

Could you please take a look and help identify the cause of the issue? I’d really appreciate your assistance in resolving this.

    Hello,

I’ve checked your site, and all the fields on the checkout page are working correctly. To confirm, I also placed a test order, and the entire process was completed successfully. Everything appears to be functioning as expected.

The issue persists — please take a look at the videos I’ve sent. The problem is that, for example, when I click on the email field after entering an address, the entire field disappears. This behavior is clearly shown in the videos. It only happens with your theme — everything works fine with other themes. So please watch the clips and see how the input fields vanish.

    Hi,

We have rechecked your site and noticed that, for example, the email field disappears after being filled in because your site contains custom CSS code that forcibly hides fields once they pass validation (video https://monosnap.com/file/aINYheAmMWTiuvzNvI3hyiXhn7PFN0). This issue is not visible on other themes because your custom CSS is placed in the WoodMart Theme Settings (https://monosnap.com/file/Pjjz4BNLWB648yk9gzenXRy05QtXxo) and is only applied when the WoodMart theme is active.

To resolve this issue, please remove the mentioned custom code and check the checkout page again.

    Kind Regards
