Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.

I found the error. If I deactivate the “German Markets” plug-in, the buttons can be seen. Why is that? I don’t want to do without the German Market plugin!

German Market modifies the file woocommerce/checkout/form-checkout.php and our theme also does, in order to make the plugin work correctly, delete this file: woodmart/woocommerce/checkout/form-checkout.php

I had the same issue and I’m so happy that I found this topic. Now I know that the Plugin “German Market” causes this issue.

But now I have a styling issue. If I delete the form-checkout.php from the woodmart file (as you described before), than the checkout page elements (checkout payments and order review) are not in column 2 like it was before. It is on the bottom, but this looks ugly. I tried to compare both form-checkout.php files (from woodmart and from german market plugin) but it’s too much coding for me.

Can you help me out with this issue? I want that the checkout looks like the original woodmart checkout.

Yes, because the plugin has its own structure of the checkout page. You need to contact plugin developers for help reworking this checkout into two columns since our theme can’t override this file in this situation.

Now I found a way to deactivate the German Market Checkout Hooks.
To all who have the same issue:
You don’t have to delete the form-checkout.php from the woodmart theme. Just leave it there.
In the WordPress Backend just go to WooCommerce > German Market > Allgemein > Bestellvorgang and activate “Deaktiviert German Market Hooks”.

This worked for me.
