gymx.roParticipantHello,
the checkout button stopped working on the mobile version. Workes ok on tablet and desktop, but on mobile,, it simply has no action on it. It’s just there and does nothing.
Any idea what can be?Bogdan

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I can check and give you a possible solution.

gymx.roParticipantIt breaks at Elementor.

gymx.roParticipantI deactivated elementor and will keep it that way until you tell me what to do :D.
Website looks broken but checkout is working.January 13, 2026 at 8:45 am #704132Hello,
The issue was caused by an empty Elementor mobile widget overlapping the “Place Order” button, preventing clicks on mobile devices. I have identified the widget and applied a fix so that it no longer overlays the checkout button. The checkout button should now work correctly on mobile devices.
Try to add this custom css code in Theme Settings > Custom CSS and check how it works.
.elementor-element-bc704bf { pointer-events: none !important; }Best Regards,

gymx.roParticipantThank you very much. It works fine now.
How did that element appear? I dont remember to ahve added any widged in that area.
Can i delete that widget completely?January 14, 2026 at 8:53 am #704300Hello,
That element was likely added unintentionally during editing in Elementor (sometimes empty widgets remain after moving or deleting content). It had no content but was still taking up space on mobile, which caused the overlap.
Yes, you can safely delete that empty widget completely in Elementor. The CSS I added was just a quick fix — removing the widget is the cleaner solution.
Best Regards,
