Checkout Fields And State/Country Layout

Hello,
We are using the custom checkout fields option provided by woodmart and have the address fields sets as two columns. However. we have noticed that with Woocommerce some countries do no have a state/province.county such as France or Netherlands and when these countries are selected the layout of the fields becomes disorganised (see screenshot attached).
Is there a fix for this behaviour?

If all the fields are set to two columns then the issue occurs. We had to rearrange the layout as it is now to prevent the issue happening.
