Checkout Fields Order

Hello my friend,

Hope you’re doing well. I would like to know if its possible to change the order of the checkout field. I would like for the state/country field to appear above Town / City. Please see attached screenshot

Checkout is the Woocommerce template and functionality. Our theme does not have any option or influence.
