checkout form not working

some of my customers ifnormed about not being able to complete the checkout process. The page scrollss to the top when filling in all info. See also attachments.
Interesting thing is, that several other customers were able to complete the process.
I tried to reproduce but wanst able.
how can I solve this? what could be the root cause?

Ive found out that only a product from a specific category is blocking checkign out
once, one of these products are added- the checkout fails:

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

When changing theme – the error remains – should I then contact woocommerce?
