Checkout Form Prefilled with My Personal Information for All Visitors

I’m experiencing a critical issue on my website.

My checkout form is always pre-filled with my personal information (name, email, phone, etc.) — even when someone else visits the site for the very first time, from a different device or browser.

I’ve taken the following steps but the issue persists:

Disabled all caching (LiteSpeed Cache plugin and server-side)
Purged all caches
Checked in incognito mode and on other devices
Reassigned the checkout page
None of this resolved the problem.

I am using your Checkout Layout for the checkout page. When I click “Edit with Elementor”, the form fields are already pre-filled with my data directly in the editor, which makes me think the layout may have hardcoded the values somehow.

Please advise how I can completely remove all personal data from the checkout layout and restore it to a clean state.

This is a serious privacy issue and I would appreciate urgent help.

In general, the Checkout page comes from WooCommerce, so check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not.
