Checkout layout builder

Hi,
I have tried to add a Checkout layout from your predesign layout, but just one of the 4 containts an option to add shipping details not just billing. Why is that?

– Screenshots of issues for better understanding.
– Temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) to Private Content area.
