checkout page – Deliver to a different address? tick box missing

on checkout tick box missing is delivery addresss is different to billing address
i have tried a different theme and it works on any other theme

Please navigate to the Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Options section. On that page you’ll find the ‘Shipping destination’ setting, which allows you to control which checkout fields should be used.

Choose shipping destination to “ Default to the customer billing address: https://ibb.co/CK1xPbKQ

HI yes this box was already set – the problem was the pre built theme used a special checkout layout and shipping address was not included in this – once added it worked as normal.
