dailleredavidParticipantI am currently experiencing several issues with the checkout page on my website, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving them. Below are the details of the issues:
1. Styling:
The checkout page is not displaying any footer or header. It only shows the checkout body.
The page width is too wide, with no padding or margin on either the left or right side. While I can address this issue with custom CSS, I would like to understand the root cause.2. Payment Options:
I am using the Payhere online payment plugin, and it is configured correctly. However, it does not display in the payment options section during the checkout process.
I kindly request your help in identifying the root causes of these issues and providing guidance on how to resolve them. Your assistance is highly appreciated.
Thank you for your time and support.
Best regards,
DavidAttachments:

Bogdan DonovanKeymasterWith the account that you have provided, we cannot access the admin dashboard or other site pages and currently see only the maintenance page (https://prnt.sc/b3azvPgGKraz). Please update admin access so we can see your site settings and WooCommerce-related pages.
Kind Regards

Bogdan DonovanKeymaster1. Your checkout page looks different because a custom template is activated on that page (screenshot https://prnt.sc/IncvxjGNGFoQ). To fix this issue, try to navigate to checkout page setting, find “template” option and change it to “Default template” (https://prnt.sc/hSTOv7I6H4Af).
2. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
Kind Regards
