Checkout page right half not loading (stuck and uploading infinitely)

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

Changing the template doesn’t solve it. In Twenty TwentyOne theme there is still the problem. It is not plugins probably (there are only standard plugins and few)

Updating WP from version 6.3 to 6.3.1 solved it.
