Checkout page select country problem

Hello Dear,
I have a problem on my website when you go to the checkout page and try to select your country the country select popup always get closed instantly, i have no idea and it only work if i scroll down to the buttom can someone help me
by the way i did already disable all the plugins and try and still have the same problem, i will add 2 screenshots
the first one when i scrolldown you can see the count dropdown box look like square, and the 2 end screenshot when i scrtoll down all the way to the buttom the country dropdown have a round shape and i think thats the problem maybe.
