Checkout page "terms & conditions"

Hi!

In my “checkout page” i’ve a link to “terms & conditions” but when I click it the info show “inline” and i need that this info was opened in a new tab. Could you help my with this issue?

Website is in mantenaince mode.

It is a way terms and conditions work in WooCommerce plugin, we can’t make them open in new tab in our theme.

Ok, no problem, but in my case the “terms & conditions” appears with wrong code as you can see in the attached image. Could you help me?

WooCommerce doesn’t accept WordPress shortcodes for this area. You need to leave plain text/html on that page.
