Checkout rearrange location for Registration

Hi, may I know how to rearrange the order for Registration?

I want it to be arrange before billing info.

Checkout is the Woocommerce template and functionality. For now, our theme does not have any option to change it.

So I suggest you adjust these fields via the below plugin:
