checkout section keeps loading

    hi,

    the checkout section keeps on loading I tried to deactivate all third party plug-in but it still did not work

    to be more specific , at first, the cart button was loading and does not work so I deactivate a plugin and it worked fine, but then another problem showed that when I add an item to the cart it does not show on the side cart so i had to disable the side icon cart and make redirct to the cart’s page.

    then this happned ” he checkout section keeps on loading”

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Please, update the theme to the latest version first.
    Then, test how it works when the child theme is turned off because it contains some custom PHP code.

    I tried to use the parent theme but now when I put an item to the cart it shows that the cart is empty !
    and also it won’t update to the latest version!

    Hello,

    Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    In this case, please, download our theme’s latest version from ThemeForest and upload the installable archive manually via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new. Find more information here https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

    Okay I have updated the theme and deactivated all the plug-in, and that’s happen when I add an item to the cart it shows that the cart is empty, and if I went to the checkout page via the url it keeps loading as before !

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
    It looks like some custom code on your website causes this error. But is not a part of our theme.

    it works fine when I use Firefox Browser rather than that it does not work

    If it doesn’t work with other themes then it is definitely not a theme issue. Sorry, but we don’t know how to solve this problem.
