    Hey guys,

Every time I install a new plugin or change something in the theme options (JS/CSS), the header colors break for some reason. Do you have any idea why this might be happening? Is there something I’m overlooking?

Would it be possible for you to run an audit of the website to identify the issue? I’m happy to pay for your time. I’ll share the site details and some screenshots in the private info.

    Thanks so much!

    Hello,

Please try to clear the cache from WP Rocket and check the issue. If the issue remains, please temporarily disable it and check if the issue persists.

If the problem continues, please share admin access so I can further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards,

    Hey Aizaz Imtiaz Awan,

Thanks for getting back to me, we tried both, clearing everything from cache to css and disabling it, the issue still persists. Something is wrong somewhere ?!

I’ve reverted to the morning version of the website where WP Rocket is active.
(you can disable it to test if you want, even tho the website is Live)

I’ve put a link access, 1 time (please don’t logout or close the window after accesing it) in the private area.

Let me know what can be done, thanks!
p.s: we have no images/pictograms for “popups” and “floating blocks” either, after updating to the last woodmart version maybe this problem is somehow related?

    Hello,

It seems the issue is caused by the custom CSS applied to the header rows. The Woodmart Header Builder already includes built-in options to control these styles directly.

Please go to Woodmart > Header Builder > Edit any header row > Style tab, and adjust the background color, border width, and border style from there.

I recommend removing the custom CSS you’ve added (Theme Settings > Custom CSS), as it may sometimes conflict with the theme’s dynamic styles or cache updates, causing the header colors to break intermittently. Using the built-in styling options will ensure consistent results across all updates and changes.

    Best Regards,
