Clicking anywhere on the page adds item to cart and cover whole page with button

it rarely happens, i am trying to find a way to reproduce it but it seems to be random and maybe cache related.

what i did was go incognito mode and visit my store, then randomly visit any product page. Is there a way to fix it?

i am using object cache pro, wp-rocket and cloudflare cdn enterprise (have no control over it).

Not sure how long this was an issue as i only noticed it yesterday.

another issue not sure if it’s related, but sometimes when first opening the homepage from incognito, the add to cart button doesn’t show up when hovering over products in the carousal. (file attached)
