cms_block on click action

Hi There,

I have a hover section using a cms block, but if logged out WP shows error if user CLICK on the menu: https://gyazo.com/70c35c8c464a91165522fc39f670276d
can I disable the on-click action only hover should appeare.
Or a page should appear instead of https://www.cynlashes.com/?cms_block=cyn-kepzesek

Thanks but, now the hover shows a wrong block:

can you please tell me the setting you had changed?

I have assigned the HTML Block to the menu item from Appearance >> Menus >> HTML BLock as dropdown.

You can change yourself by editing the menu.
