Codes appearing

There are some weird codes/ remarks in the T&C box in checkout page.

What does it want me to do? How to get rid of these?

Make this page as default WordPress page with text do not use WP bakery template, just switch to the Classic mode and insert the text.

However, I would like to understand more when to use a classic mode and why is the standard WP template not right for this page? Correct me if I am mistaken, the classic mode has less formatting options.

Woocommerce does not support WP Bakery page builder and we can’t influence that.
