Collapse widgets on mobile

Hi there,
I have the setting ‘Collapse widgets on mobile’ on, but the menus are just stacked on my actual mobile (see screenshot).
However when viewing the footer in mobile view on a desktop it is working as expected.
Are you able to help?

Hi,
Your footer is created with custom HTML in the Footer widgets, this option works with standard WordPress widgets added to your footer area in Appearance -> Widgets >> add the Navigation Menu widget and select the menu then it will work like collapsable.

Have you enabled the option in the Theme Settings > Footer https://prnt.sc/rd3q20
Default widgets have titles to make this collapsible effect work. So it works only with WordPress widgets added via Appearance -> Widgets
Please share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

When changing the screen size to mobile on a desktop it works, but when actually viewing it on a mobile it doesn’t.
