Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Thanks for the help, but please help with a complete solution. Right now, not only do I have no solution, but my site is broken!

It’s not nice to have it happen this way. What I eventually noticed was that the problem was coming from wp-rocket. Is your theme fully compatible with this plugin?

Compare by category:
2. Enable compare by category
3. Show “Compare more products” buttons

I enabled them but they did not work.

4. also, how can I add in the compare page and attributes or other elements to compare on?

Hello,

You can enable a hidden sidebar in the Theme Settings > Product Archives > Sidebar.

Please check this manual to find the options and configure the Compare option.

There is no option to compare by category.

1. Regarding:
Sticky off canvas sidebar button

I have a problem as it is not working. I have enabled this option for mobile phones but it doesn’t show me when I scroll.

You have such options and you offered it in the penultimate update of the 7.2 theme:
