Collapse widgets on mobile is not working

This is our set up for footer:

For each column, we have assigned an HTML block via widgets. But Collapse widgets on mobile in not working. May you please help me to find the issue.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue. You have 56 active plugins. Most likely it is the matter of plugin conflict.

All Plugin is inactive. Please see here:

Your footer is HTML block in WP Bakery page builder. You need to create the footer by means of widgets. Collapse widgets on mobile do not work with HTML block.
