collapsible content bug

Some people see without any issues some reporting this issue..
Please see screenshots..

Checked with 3 desktop PCs Chrome Browser. So 2 of them with issue one with no issues. (one because of cache i guess, because always visiting website, and other with issues never visited website…)

My personal PC also dont have this issue, but customer keeps sending screenshots..
