    Hi,

I have created different colors and show them in my Product archive.
But on PDP and on archive they are mixed up.
Dark green circle is once “olive”, and on the other its “green”
I have cleared full cache multiple times. But they are different on frontend.
    how can this happen?

    Hello,

Make sure that the color terms (like “Olive” and “Green”) are consistently used across all your products.

Check under Products > Attributes > Colors and ensure there are no duplicates or similar names.

When creating variations, double-check that the correct color is selected for each variation on each product.

Navigate to Products > Attributes > Edit Color Attribute terms and make sure each color attribute has the correct color code assigned.

    Hi, thanks for feedback.

    -I dont have duplicated colors.
    -I have checked color code.

How can it be, that I have name “green” when I see the color in archive, and then I have the name “olive” when I open the same product. I guess I can not trigger this behavior with a “wrong color code” or duplicated color. it’s not possible.
I dont get it why it shows random name on archive pre-view.
I also checked all caches and cleaned them.

    Hello,

Try to regenerate “Regenerate the product attributes lookup table” in Woocommerce > Status > Tools: https://take.ms/LGpvf

In addition, please check Woocommerce > Settings > Product tab > Advanced tab and disable Use the product attributes lookup table for catalog filtering and check the issue. Also, resave permalinks in Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks.

If the issue remains, please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated so I can check and give you a possible solution.

On newer products it is correct color and name in archive and PDP.

But on older it is a mess, especially on archive it shows the wrong name to the color.

    Dear Support

I have cleaned cache, and even went to a computer, which has never ever opened my webshop.
I still see the color green, but with the text “olive” in archive. Please look at the Zpacks Plex Solo Lite Zelt
