In order to change the background color, navigate to Woodmart > Header builder > The header > Top row settings https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/header-rows-columns-configuration/ and change the color from there as per your requirements, Please watch the video in given documentation link as well.

I changed so, but still previous color. looks like .min css not updated.

Kindly switch to the parent version of theme if you are using the child theme. Then check back the top bar background.

Some of you third party plugin conflicts with the theme and did not let me access the custom CSS area. You need to deactivate your third party plugins to fix it so your all the theme options accessible.

The main reason of this issue is your custom code. When I inspect your header i noticed that your custom CSS code with important applying and forces topbar to brown color: https://jmp.sh/Jf5IIw8

Kindly undo your custom code and it will surely fix the issue.

but this code long ago is not existing (brown). but today suddenly once again appeared. question is why it happened.

It might be your cache or your third party plugins. Because I don’t even access your custom CSS or any other options which is under the theme settings except of General.
