COLOR ON MOUSE MOVE

Because my primary color is black, the color doesn’t change when I mouse over it. How can I set the color to be red when going to category or text that has a link? Color should be red everywhere, homepage, shop page,…… see video

You can set the colors from Theme Settings >> Styles & Colors.
