Color variation not showing on the shop page

Color variation is not showing on the shop page but it exist when you access it on single product page or quick view. It happens on random products.

I saw the screenshots you attached. Please make sure that you have enabled the option attribute from Products >> Attributes >> Configure items.

You need to enable the option for each attribute item separately.
