Hi i am trying to edit my website and the equal column option does not work. Each time i select it nothing happens.

Please find attached login details to the admin area and the page i am trying to edit. Also find links to photos.

As you can see here: https://gyazo.com/bd3ed44f350e15651ca6de7356e7fe03 that it looks fine on desktop but the columns are not equal height.

I have option: https://gyazo.com/7375e091b16dd54e8ae052e2c2c2d2a8 equal height option enabled on the inner row settings and on the column settings.

    please See here:https://gyazo.com/63fca56de37c76288f388ff00324a6a3

also the columns text etc stretch in height:https://gyazo.com/33ddfdda2b6beb2b7e2f400ebba978fa

How can i equal the height of the columns. I am also trying to make them responsive when browser becomes smaller and not stretch.

The columns are also squashed together shown here when in mobile or tablet view https://gyazo.com/34d7f8f36fbdb35ce883f4b23a182d82

    Hello,

I saw the screenshots you attached and visited your website. Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme.

Then Go to WoodMart >> CSS Generator >> Generate CSS file.

If the problem continues then provide with admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Best Regards.

    Hi thanks for the reply.

First before i get started i cloned my original website to try to fix the issue and followed your instructions.

Please see below steps that i done:

    1. Changed from child theme to parent theme.

    2. Deactivated all plugins excluding WPBakery Page Builder & Woodmart Core shown here https://gyazo.com/212989fc4b0c0507ba4e1bbc8af3b36a

    3. I then went WoodMart >> CSS Generator >> Generate CSS file as advised and generated a css file. I also made sure everything was selected other than Yith Wishlist, Yith Compare, WCFM Marketplace, BBPress & RTL Language. shown here https://gyazo.com/458edfe0b50edcb7d0373c75efee2fc3

I made sure all themes & plugins are updated including Woodmart Theme 4.60 and WP Page Bakery to 6.2.0, Woodmart core running at 1.0.22.

The above steps mentioned above did not work as shown below on the cloned website as shown here: https://gyazo.com/50ebcc0c3a2c9152b7691a5e29c215ee

I have also made sure rows are set to equal heights shown here: https://gyazo.com/ff3788633b85b80000b4827358a85a6c and here: https://gyazo.com/4bff1dfd563ed8990da1f81c5489ad37

Please find admin details in private area and cloned login details for cloned sire also where i made the above steps mentioned above.

    Hello,

I have visited your website and edited the page actually the problem is that you are using the elements that not have equal text inside them that’s why they are not set to equal height. Please make sure that you added the text equally inside them then check back.

Or you can try increasing the padding of the elements that are not equal in height.

    Thank you for checking.

The main reason for the equal column height option is to make sure all columns within that row/inner row are the same height regardless if the text is longer or shorter within the information box element as shown here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eaZB4DkXWNQ&t=2s

As shown here in your attached screenshot https://ibb.co/n8z7QMY i duplicated each information box element therefore each information box have equal paddings etc.

If i change the padding to make it equal when i resize the browser you can still see it looks silly and doesn’t stay equal.

    Hello,

I watched the video you attached to the URL. In the video the user is using the modules of Wp-Bakery Page builder that have the option of equal height of each column. But in our information box there is no such option in there to make it happen. That’s why I asked you to change the padding of the center modules to make them equal height of your own.

    Best Regards.
