Come posso eliminare, tutte le pagine, articoli e immagini del Tema genitore?

ho crato il mio sito generando un tema figlio. ma appena messo on line mi accorgo che google rileva pagine che a me non servono, con articoli, categorie ect. derivanti dal tema prebuild. Come eliminarle senza generare link rotti e rallentamenti?

Hello,

Please deactivate the child theme and check the same on the parent theme and on one of another free WordPress themes.

Let us know if the problem remains only on the Woodmart parent theme.

Come faccio a disattivare il tema figlio, visto che è online?
Ho già provato con il tema principale e rimangono lo stesso.
Per favore mi puoi dare un aiuto pratico?
