Hi, I have installed W3 total cache and now i can’t use compare when i’m not logged in (cache rules work only for non-logged in users). In other words, W3 seems to cache this function and the compare page. We resolved in YITH Compare (Woodmart 3.x version) thanks to this post (we excluded a cookie from cache, you can find more here -> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/compare-plugin-with-w3-total-cache-error/)

Do we have to exclude from cache a specific cookie?
    Thank u

    Hello,

I did not suggest you to exclude a specific cookie. Kindly flush the Cloudflare CDN cache and turn off from your server to fix the issue.

I can’t turn off Cloudflare, do you know another workaround?

    Hello,

If you do not want to turn off the Cloudflare CDN then just flush the CDN cache and send me the WP admin login details of your site so I will check the issue and give you the solution.

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

Your issue has been solved. I have Enter in Performance -> Cookie Groups, added a new group and set there the cookie yith_woocompare_list, disabling the option “cache”. Then purge the cache from your site, now the Compare function is working fine on your site.

Please check your site after removing the browser cache or incognito browser.

    Best Regards.
