Compare functionality not working

    Hi Team,

    Compare functionality is not working on the website. It only works when we are logged in otherwise it shows empty page.

    Hello,

    Starting from Woodmart 3.3 we have integrated a Compare functionality into the theme. It means that there is no need to use YITH WooCommerce Compare plugin. Make sure, you use our theme functionality:

    1. Create a page and add the Compare element: https://gyazo.com/9717ad0d98e64a8cda376bd297a7dbb7

    2. Navigate to the Theme Settings > Shop > Compare > and set the page you have created https://gyazo.com/ce918c59a5b891c308d130f4eb691774

    If you have configured properly, but still have the problem, provide your site admin to the private area and deactivate the plugins not related to the theme.

    Hi Team,

    Thanks for your quick reply!!

    I configured the compare functionality in the same way you mention and as i previously mentioned the compare functionality working fine when user is logged in to website. But it is not working for the new customers or the persons who are not logged in. You can try it once you will also face the same issue.

    However, the counts are showing on compare icon just not showing the added product on compare page. Please have a look and help me to fix this issue as soon as possible.

    Please update the theme and check again with the parent theme and deactivated plugin not related to the theme.

    I did update the theme and has only related plugins. Still issue exist. I request you please read my issue again and try to fix that on high priority its a major issue.

    Hello,

    Your Dashboard does not have the Theme Settings Tab. Deactivate Drop-ins (1) and Must-Use (3) or reinstall the theme as I cannot check your settings now.
