I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out for guidance regarding an issue with a caching plugin on my WordPress website.

I diligently followed the “WordPress Performance Optimization: The Ultimate Guide in 2021”, which notably improved my site’s speed. However, a problem persists: when users remove items from the comparison feature and refresh the page, the items reappear.

I’ve added the wishlist and comparison components to the exclusion list and included the relevant JavaScript files in the deferred files, per the guide. Despite these steps, the issue endures.

Your expertise would be greatly appreciated in resolving this challenge. Your insights could help ensure a seamless user experience.

I am linking this video to help you understand what is happening. In the video you can clearly see that the compare page is not being cached as it take a second to load while the shop page (which contains more elements) loads quickly.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
