The issue seems to be with the product you are trying to add to compare. Please try with other products then check back.

I checked that if the attributes is more than two or three, it will have such issue, I think this is the problem of the theme. Because I uploaded all products in the same way.

Deactivate all the third party plugins, Activate parent theme then check back. If the problem still occurs then leave the third party plugins disabled and provide with the admin panel login details of the website then we will troubleshoot with the default theme plugins.
