emancilla0410ParticipantHi, currently I’m using the prebuild website “Electronis-2”. When I add a product to the compare list, besides being able to go to a specific page to see all the products in the compare list. I would like to be able to generate a side menu with the list of the compared products, something like the image1 and when I click on compare shows a popup like in image 2. Thanks!

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Unfortunately, our theme does not support a compare popup feature. The compare functionality is designed to work on a separate page only.

emancilla0410ParticipantIs there any way I can achieve this? I really need to set up the compare feature using a popup, as shown in the images above. Maybe using custom JS or something similar?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Unfortunately, there is no such option by default. You need to find a third-party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you: https://yithemes.com/themes/plugins/yith-woocommerce-compare/
We have not officially tested such plugins with WoodMart.

emancilla0410ParticipantSo, there is no way to set the compare page as a popup instead of a different page?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Sorry, but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.
It requires customizations, and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

emancilla0410ParticipantAnd how can I set up a “compare” side menu, similar to the cart side menu?
I’d like it to open automatically whenever a product is added to the compare list, displaying only the selected products (not their descriptions). To view detailed characteristics, users should navigate to the dedicated Compare pageApril 10, 2025 at 9:02 am #652957
