Compare products not working

Hi,

When I add a product to compare it says “Compare list is empty”. Just noticed your demo site has the same issue. Can it be fixed?

I disabled the plugins. Redux framework seems to be the plugin which is stopping Compare from working, but without it the site looks awful!

We see that some sort of cache is still active. Please, disable all caching services too.

Do I do that in the WP Admin or is it to do with the hosting?

You need to disable both cache on hosting and wp admin.

I’ve “Purge all Caches” in WP Engine > General settings and WP Engine have added a cache exclusion to the Compare Products page:https://tradesurvey3.wpengine.com/compare-products/
but that didnt work, so WP Engine support turned off cache for the whole site and I tested again but Compare list is empty.

Please, update the theme to the latest version and switch to the parent theme.
