Compare Section Not Working

Hi,

I am trying to get the compare feature to work. If I test it in the WordPress Dashboard it works, but if I try it in a private window it doesn’t.

Attached I have images. 1. Shows that I selected an item to compare, 2. Shows that (2) items to compare on the top icon, but the page is blank, 3. Shows the option turned on.

Please let me know if you need access to the site.

Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

Sorry for the delay on the reply. I did close and open up plugins and I still have this error.

I have additional information. It seems that if I select items in a private window on my laptop in Chrome, that the same items appear in a private window on my phone (different IP address) and in a Firefox window…so it seems that that somehow the cookies or something is sharing across different platforms. Do you need info to log into my WordPress?

Please make the full backup of the theme, update the theme and provide site admin access to the private area.

I did update everything and did backup the site, updated the theme and plugins and still see an issue with the compare. If you don’t mind, logging in helping me with a fix.

Your site is based on WP Bakery page builder. Please deactivate and delete Elementor. WoodMart works with either WP Bakery builder or Elementor builder at once, but not with both at the same time.

Deactivate all the cache plugins and check the issue again.

Hi Elise,

I took out Elementor and cleared the cache and ran another test (my phone on the mobile network using google and my laptop hardwired using firefox). I still had my compare’s from the phone show up on my computer.

Any last suggestions before I disable the feature?
