K1W1ParticipantHi,
I received this reply from the team behind Nectarblocks Website Builder. I want to use some of their blocks occasionally with Woodmart/Gutenberg but when activated it stuffs up the Woodmart layout when editing in the backend. Can this be fixed/patched/sorted?Please see below: From Nectar Blocks Support:
Hey Kevin,
When a third-party theme is active, Nectarblocks uses the default WordPress variable –wp–style–global–content-size to determine the content width. I assume that Woodmart is not setting this variable to align with their theme’s container sizing. However, they should set it to ensure the best compatibility with other Gutenberg plugins, as this wouldn’t be something we could add from our side.
Kind regards, Nectar Block Support.Attachments:

Artem TemosKeymasterYes, we see the problem, but there is no quick workaround. We will try to fix this in our 8.1 update.

K1W1ParticipantOkay, sure, at some point, it would be great for not only Nectar Blocks compatibility but also other blocks you might want to use with WM 8.xx, like Greenshift, for instance. I like the idea of Woodmart Gutenberg but it should be compatible with other block elements, isn’t that the whole point with full Gutenberg compatibility?
Thank you for your time and I will await the day it happens. cheers Kevin

K1W1ParticipantHI Guys, Just to add to this: I have also been testing the combination of Woodmart Gutenberg and Spectra Pro, it works ok to an extent but editing in the backend using Spectra block content typically gets all jerky and mouse movement starts to jump around? I was hoping and looking forward to Woodmart Gutenberg as it should work (especially) with other popular blocks like Spectra. I was excited with this release that these popular gutenberg products like Spectra would work seamlessly adding yet another layer of creativity to your amazing Woodmart theme.
