Compatibility with WooCommerce Extra Product Options Pro

Hello. Is the plugin “WooCommerce Extra Product Options Pro (from themehigh)” incompatible with the theme https://woodmart.xtemos.com/mega-electronics? Because it works perfectly with the theme https://woodmart.xtemos.com/demo-retail-2/demo/retail-2/. After installing the plugin, it works, but it’s not visible in the product page. How can I make it visible in the product page?

If you are using Custom Layout, please use our special WooCommerce Hook element to return all WooCommerce default hooks.

In case it doesn’t work, please provide me with temporary wp-admin access, I will debug your issue.
