Compression theme/plugin?

Hello I’m using a litespeed web server.
As recommended I’m using litespeed cache plugin.
You guys have your own css js modification and combine options.
So what is recommended from you?
Using LiteSpeed cache plugins compression or your theme compression.
Or both?

And last question is if I use both are they conflict with each other. Any possibly of reduce speed?

We recommend you enable our theme options. Note that they work with our theme JS and CSS files and the plugin works with all the files on your website. They shouldn’t have any conflicts.
