conditions for Checkout fields

Hi

According to the Checkout fields in the new version of woodmart, is it possible to add conditions for billing_city to show it if the customer filed the billing_state ?

I mean hide the billing_city permanently and show it when billing_state is completed

Sorry, but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
