Conditions Question

Hello! I am very confused about the conditions section. For example in Layouts, i want to add the condition to appear in a specific product category. I add ‘Product Categories’ but it does not allow me to select which category? Is this a bug? It happens everywhere where there is conditions (header / presets etc) Help!

Use the “Product Term (category, tag, brand, attribute)” condition and choose the category.
