I think the information in the Additional Information tab is generated by Woocommerce automatically, but I may be wrong. I did not add this information anywhere. I’m just wondering if it’s possible at all, to hide this tab, via your Theme settings? It’s not needed.

When you set showing an attribute on the product page, Woocommerce generates and additional information tab and shows the attribute. Check and disable this in attributes added to products.
