configure attributes issue

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem.
If you see the same on the Storefront theme, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

Storefront i don’t have this theme.Can you do this for me please? I’m not good in wordpress settings , im scary to do somethings wrong 🙂

Attributes are the Woocommerce functionality. This option is provided regardless of the theme. As I understand you add an attribute and it does not save. Our theme does not influence the issue, most likely some of the third parties plugins influence.
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
